Anurag brings with him rich experience of over 18 years in the field of finance. He has worked in the finance departments with several domestic and international companies in various capacities.

He has worked with T Systems India Pvt. Ltd. as a Financial Controller Establishing and maintaining appropriate financial accounting systems and Implementing and maintaining the financial control and the internal control systems inline with TSI guidelines.

He has also worked with Nihilent Technologies, a Pune based IT company, as a CFO. Anurag has held various other positions with companies like HCL Perot Systems India, Eicher Tractors and Weston Electronics.

He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Xavier’s College, Kolkata and has done his Chartered Accountancy from ICAI.

Lalit works closely with companies in setting up, growing and transforming their operations, preparing strategic plans, building teams, formulating market entry and growth plans, establishing manufacturing operations in India.

Lalit brings with him more than 13 years of experience as a successful CEO / MD of project engineering manufacturing & technology businesses.

He has previously been the President and CEO of Autoline Industries Ltd. and MD & Country Head for Indian operations of American Axle & Manufacturing. He has been the MD of TAL Manufacturing Solutions Ltd., a TATA Group Company.

Lalit is a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech.) and holds a Post-Graduate Program in Business Management from Symbiosis.
