Anup is an Associate at RCS with great expertise in Investment Banking (Private Equity and M & A advisory). He looks after Private Equity Syndication for clients by working closely with their management and understanding their business operations and needs, thereby delivering optimal solutions to help grow the client’s business. Prior to RCS, Anup was associated with American Orient Capital Partners, a renowned International Investment Banking firm and with Pune Stock Exchange.

Anup has earned his Master of Business Administration with major in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Pune.

Guninder is focused on the India-China M&A and strategic advisory space. He was previously based out of the firm’s Shanghai office and brings with him strong knowledge in cross-border M&A, strategic partnerships and technical collaborations through his experience of working with clients in sectors like Automobiles, Capital Goods, Chemicals & Pharma, Information Technology and Power among others. He has previously worked with Berger Paints (India) Ltd. and brings with him strong operational knowledge of product sales and marketing in India.

Guninder received his Bachelor of Commerce with major in management from Mumbai University and MBA from Army Institute of Management Calcutta.

Himanshu Sharma did his Graduation in Commerce (with a special emphasis on Management) from DAVV Indore and then in 1999 went to UK to pursue his MBA.

Post that he worked in the exotic alternative investments space, where he was closely involved with family offices investing in Indian Art and Fine Gems.

In 2005 he moved back to Delhi, India to spearhead the North India practice of RCS Advisors and keenly looks after client and Governmental affairs along with helping the firm developing its PE advisory practice.

He has worked on numerous transactions and brings to the table an extensive network of highly placed individuals placed all over the corporate and government strata.

Kailash has years experience in setting up companies, regulatory compliances, audit and taxation. Kailash specializes in offering unique out-of-the-box solutions to business problems. He has, time and again, created demonstrated the ability to create opportunities for enterprises.

A commerce graduate, Kailash is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Manali is an associate at RCS, focusing on the India-Europe transactions. She works with the Indian companies to help them identify strategic partners and opportunities to establish and expand their presence in Europe. She is also working with number of European Companies to assist them in entering the India market. Prior to RCS, Manali was working with R Systems International Ltd and QED Enabled Services where she was responsible to identify and develop strategic partners across Europe and Asia Pacific region.

Manali is a Bachelor of Commerce from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune and holds Masters Degree in French Language & Culture from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.

Peeyush is part of the Private Equity Team at RCS Advisors. He looks after the identification of opportunities relating to Private Equity across sectors. He is also involved with Research and Development and also is responsible for network building. Previously, Peeyush was involved in financial planning and portfolio management for high net worth individuals.

Peeyush has completed his B.Com From Symbiosis Institute of Arts & Commerce (Pune) with specialization in Marketing Management and has taken professional training in Investment Banking From School of Investment Banking (SIB) in Mumbai.

Regina is focused on transactions between European and Indian ventures. She has experience in helping European companies who want to set up their operations in India. She is an expert in providing consultancy related to Market Entry Service and strategic consultancy. She has earlier worked with Yellow Pages in Berlin; and as a Controller for DaimlerChrysler in Dubai. She holds an MBA in Marketing and International Management.

Today she lives and works in Pune, India and offers her international know how to Indian companies who want to enter the German market as well as international companies being interested in the Indian market.
