India’s first Hot Air Ballooning Company closes Series B investment from Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund
New Delhi, India, May 18, 2009 - Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund (RCVF) has made Series B investment of 13.41% stake in EFactor Adventure Tourism Pvt Ltd, which runs India’s first and only hot air ballooning service under the banner of Skywaltz (www.skywaltz.com) & Jaipur based EFactor Adventure Tourism Pvt Ltd, which is India’s first Hot Air ballooning company. About a year earlier a prominent Investment Banker with a large international Investment Bank had made an angel investment in the Company for a small 3% stake.

New Delhi, India, August 16, 2007 - Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited today announced the signing of a collaboration agreement with Beijing Beizhong Steam Turbine Generator Co., Ltd. Sany Group to set up unit in Maharashtra
The Sany Group of China, engaged in the manufacture of construction equipment, has chosen Talegaon near Pune to set up a $70-million Greenfield plant. This is the first big Chinese investment in Maharashtra. Sany will manufacture trailer and truck mounted concrete pumps, truck cranes, crawler cranes and other heavy construction equipment at the proposed plant. Sany Heavy Industries Co Ltd, a group company signed the memorandum of understanding with Maharashtra Government for setting up the facility.

Bharat Forge acquires controlling stake in FAW Forging in Changchun, China
Mumbai, India, December 8th, 2005 - Bharat Forge Limited (BFL) of India today signed a joint venture (JV) contract with China FAW Group to acquire its forging business. The contract was signed in Mumbai between Mr. Dong Chunbo, Chairman of FAW Forging and Mr. Baba Kalyani, Chairman of Bharat Forge, witnessed by James Z. Li , Chairman of E. J.
