Pankaj Bhuwania, Executive Director at RCS Advisors, is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and General Management. A qualified Chartered Accountant, AICWA, and LLB, he holds an MBA from Ashcroft Business School, Cambridge (UK). An entrepreneur as well, he has successfully ventured into the solar business, establishing a solar module manufacturing plant and overseeing the Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning (EPC) of solar power plants in both grid-tied and off-grid spaces.

Dr. Vikas, an accomplished Orthopaedic hand surgeon and healthcare management professional, brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Healthcare and Lifesciences. With an MS in Ortho from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda, and an MBA from Washington University In St Louis, USA & IIT Bombay, Dr. Vikas is an expert in Healthcare strategies, Resource optimization, and digitally enabled futuristic healthcare. Leading our Healthcare and Lifesciences M&A practice, he collaborates with top domestic and international companies.

Abhishek, with over 15 years of experience, possesses deep expertise in managing cross-border M&A and India entry at RCS. He has consistently facilitated successful tie-ups between domestic and global companies, drawing on his mastery of transaction structuring and profound knowledge of diverse industries (chemicals, engineering, industrial, renewable energy). Prior to joining RCS, he managed government consulting assignments at aXYKno Capital Services.

Anup at RCS specializes in Private Equity Syndication and M&A Transaction Advisory, bringing 17 years of Investment Banking expertise. His skills include valuation, transaction structuring, and project financing. Anup, previously with Hong Kong's American Orient Capital Partners, has guided companies in successful Private Equity fund raising. Holding a Bachelor's degree from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune, and an MBA from the University of Pune, Anup is a valuable asset to the team.

Divyat holds a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Divyat is an active member of the startup eco-system globally, partnering with early-stage startups as an angel investor, having sourced and executed more than 35 investments globally. He also assists founders with their funding and operating metrics through support on pitch decks, financial models, and investor reports.

With 20 years of experience in Accounts, Administration & Finance, Raghvendra has been a key member of RCS Advisors since its inception. Responsible for HR practices, taxation, and key accounts, he manages the day-to-day affairs of the company. Raghvendra holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Shivaji University.

Nidhi oversees digital presence and business development, supported by project partnerships, at RCS Global. Holding a Commerce degree from Delhi University, her early involvement with startups during college included aiding clients in establishing their digital footprint and crafting brand identities.

With over 30 years of expertise in Information Technology and Wellness, Umesh excels in setting up successful business ventures. He's adept at delivering rapid and sustainable topline growth, implementing cost-effective solutions to complex business/IT challenges, and building lasting relationships with Fortune 500 clients globally. Formerly Director at Navis Capital, Managing Director of Spark India Group, Executive Director of Minda Valeo Security Systems Ltd., and more, he brings expertise in JV formation, Customer Relationship Management, modern manufacturing techniques, and international exposure. A Mechanical Engineer from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jeevan holds an MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

Prasad brings over 30 years of expertise in manufacturing and management consulting, specializing in Lean Transformation, Operations Due Diligence, Acquisition Integration, and more. Prasad, a Certified Management Consultant, has traveled globally for professional engagements in the USA, Germany, Austria, Japan, China, UK, and Vietnam. With over 30 years of senior management experience in Automotive, Engineering, and Industrial sectors, Arun has held C-level positions and mentored Indian Automotive companies. His expertise includes guiding global firms in establishing Greenfield operations in India. Currently serving as the CEO of a prominent HR firm, Arun specializes in recruitment for Global MNCs and large Indian Corporates in Manufacturing, Automotive, and BFSI sectors, focusing on high-profile CxO and middle management appointments.
